Realme 6i is powered by a 1.8GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio G80 processor that features 6 cores clocked at 1.8GHz and 2 cores clocked at 2GHz. It comes with 4GB of RAM. The Realme 6i runs Android 10 and is powered by a 5000mAh battery. The Realme 6i supports Quick Charge fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Realme 6i on the rear packs a 48-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture; a second 8-megapixel camera; a third 2-megapixel camera and a fourth 2-megapixel camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It sports a 16-megapixel camera on the front for selfies, with an f/2.0 aperture and a pixel size of 1-micron.
